Unlike the Alps and the Pyrenees, the Vosges Mountains are synonymous with softness thanks to the rounded shape of their peaks, the “ballons” (rounded summits).

This famous panoramic road running from Baden-Baden to Freudenstadt (the B500) is a must for every visitor to the Black Forest


Nürburgring is a 150,000 person capacity motorsports complex located in the town of Nürburg, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany.

Day 1 – Approx. 234 miles

We will be meeting at the Euro Tunnel Terminal for our 07.50 am departure.  From there we have a long ride down through France, Belgium and into Luxemburg to our hotel near Esch-Sur-Sure.  

Day 2 – Approx. 268 miles

We will proceed from our overnight stop through the Wildlife Park National Reserve North Vosges Mountain region heading for the Park National Reserve of Balloons of Vosges where we will be stopping for lunch at Lake De Longemer.  From here we will be ‘Winding’ our way down to our overnight stop in Colmar.

Day 3 – Approx. 173 miles

Today we will be heading from Colmar towards Strasbourg, stopping at Chateau Du Haut-Koenigsbourg  before crossing The Rhine into Germany.  From here we will be heading for the famous B500 which is renowned for being a fast sweeping road.  Taking lunch by Lake Mummelsee in the Black Forest.  After lunch continuing the B500 to Baden Baden, then onto  our hotel in the beautiful city of Heidelberg.

Day 4 – Approx. 257 miles

We will be leaving our hotel and making our way north where we will eventually follow The Rhine to Boppard where we will stop for lunch.  We will continue our journey heading through the Rubenacher Forest and following the 258 road to the historic Nurburgring with the option of riding the 13.5 miles race circuit ( if  track times are available) or visiting the Castle.  From here we will ride across country to our hotel in the picturesque city of Dinant on the River Meuse.

Day 5 – approx. 171 miles

Today we will be departing our hotel and heading towards Mons and then onward around the outskirts of Lille, working across country through the Wildlife Park Natural Reserve of Caps and Marias Opel.  We stop for lunch at the quaint village of Sant Omer before making our way back to the Euro Tunnel for our 15.50 pm departure back to Folkstone
